How it works

A clear path.
A proper partnership.

A good working relationship begins with understanding. Here is how a PayDirect conversation becomes an agreed service.

01

Tell us about the work

Your business, your people and what you need from payroll. We discuss the current arrangements, working patterns and priorities. We also identify the parties involved and whether an umbrella or payroll service is appropriate.

02

Agree the relationship

Your proposal sets out the service scope, fees, roles and responsibilities. Where rewards apply, the earning basis, points ownership and redemption terms are explained separately before you decide.

03

Prepare the handover

We agree the information required, a suitable exchange method, authorised contacts and the working calendar. Your team knows what to provide and when. Existing provider responsibilities remain clear until the changeover.

04

Begin with a defined process

The first pay cycle follows the agreed calendar, checks and approval route. We confirm how routine queries, corrections and future changes should reach the right person.

You don’t need all the answers
to get in touch.

A short outline gives us a useful starting point. Your sales contact takes you through scope, suitability, fees and any rewards terms.
