Start where you are

A few good details.
A better first conversation.

Choose the starting point closest to you. These are conversation prompts, not an online application or a request for employee records.

A useful business introduction.

  • Your organisation and broad team size
  • Pay frequency and current arrangements
  • The contact who can approve a change

A useful agency introduction.

  • The types of assignment you place
  • Agency and client contact responsibilities
  • Expected start dates and approved-hours process

A useful individual introduction.

  • A general outline of your assignment
  • Your agency or client organisation
  • Your intended start date and current arrangement

Please leave out PPS numbers, bank details and identity documents. We agree an appropriate exchange route if these are required later.

Personal guidance, all the way

A welcome with
every step considered.

01

The introduction

Start with your name, organisation, broad team size and the service you want to discuss. A general enquiry is enough. Please keep employee files, PPS numbers, bank details and identity documents out of this first message.

02

Your service discussion

We review your circumstances, desired timing and existing arrangements. Ask about the payroll process, reporting, fees and responsibilities. Umbrella suitability is discussed before an arrangement is confirmed.

03

Your rewards conversation

If participating, understand what qualifies, how points are earned and when they are available. We explain points ownership, available redemption options, value, exclusions and expiry conditions in the programme terms.

04

Your written proposal

Review the scope, commercial terms and any reward conditions. The right people on your side should understand what they are authorising. There is no automatic enrolment from browsing this website.

05

Your agreed first cycle

Once terms and suitability are confirmed, we coordinate the information handover, appropriate exchange channel, payroll calendar and contacts. Your first payroll date is agreed on the basis of the actual readiness of the information.

You don’t need all the answers
to get in touch.

A short outline gives us a useful starting point. Your sales contact takes you through scope, suitability, fees and any rewards terms.
