01

What earns points?

Qualifying activity and the earning basis are set out in your programme terms. We agree who participates and when points become available before you begin.

02

Who can use them?

The participating person or organisation and authorised redemption contact are confirmed during onboarding. Keep access and redemption authority up to date.

03

What can you choose?

Your sales contact explains the rewards available to your programme. Points costs, availability and any restrictions are confirmed before redemption.

04

What should you know?

Points are programme units. They are separate from salary, statutory entitlements and tax obligations. Value, expiry, exclusions and any adjustment rules belong in the agreed terms.

Your rewards questions

Know where
you stand.

How do PayDirect Rewards points work?

Qualifying activity earns points according to the programme agreed with you. Before you join, sales confirms the earning basis, when points become available, their redemption value, any expiry and the options available to you.

Can I choose how to use my points?

Yes, within the redemption options and conditions available under your programme. The points owner and authorised decision-maker are confirmed during onboarding. Points are not a bank balance or a substitute for wages.

Are rewards guaranteed or tax free?

No universal reward rate, monetary return or tax exemption is promised. Eligibility, availability and tax treatment depend on the programme and circumstances. Ask your own tax adviser where appropriate.
